Imprisoned

Winter woke her up with a distant scream

She wore a salmon robe untied

With came an engrossing pinch of harmony

Searching for those morning pigeons outside

Dreams from the last night rolled

Screams kept barging on the window

Collided..

And there was no meteor shower

No rain..

She fed them silence

Like time they flew away

Screams tired

Dreams unheard
